Irfan Fired from Indonesia National Team - Opinion

What do you think about irfan bachdim who was fired from the Indonesian national team squad? And do you agree that irfan bachdim out of the Indonesian national team? Of course that  is a pity that Irfan bahdim must out from Indonesia's national team. and certainly the fans irfan bachdim very disappointed and sad with decisions taken by coach of national team. But before we misjudge why irfan was fired by Rachmat Darmawan which Irfan is actually a naturalized player, then So there is no wrong if we search about information why irfan bachdim fired by the coach. the coach of national team Rachmat Darmawan have strong reason why he should be fire Irfan bachdim. Not perhaps as a great coach, he fired at random players without a clear and mature calculation. And certainly Rachmat darmawan coach has chosen a good and wise decisions for the glory of football Indonesia. because the greatness of Football team not only of skill individual of one player, but also factor of teamwork which very good and solid.

 there are three strong reasons why Rachmat firing irfan from national team: The first reason of Rahmat darmawan fired irfan because irfan bachdim too concerned with filming the ad than think about his team in national team Indonesia itself. In my opinion, as a footballer, irfan should focus on such matters than the national team star in an ad. Irfan must be focus to national team than the business like starred in an ad. it has become his duty to bring the Indonesian national team let get the trophy in every competition. So the decisions taken by the coach Rahmat darmawan I think is very reasonable after we considering the case of Irfan.

 The second reason from Rachmat Darmawan because irfan often absent or not present when the national teams held training schedule. From here I think that as a footballer irfan bachdim have no responsibility which good and also does not have a strong level of discipline. Though to be a great footballer, a footballer should be more disciplined practice to improve their skills in playing the ball. If the little thing is not discipline, So maybe when the team star to play with other team irfan also not present too. Considerations such as these are quite relevant for the coach to fire irfan bachdim.
 Then the third reason of Rahmat darmawan coach fired because of Irfan Irfan is unable compete with other strikers like Yongky Ariwibowo, Okto Maniani, Ferdinand Sinaga and also Syamsir Alm. Maybe because he seldom to train with his friends in national team, irfan bachdim assessed by the trainer has lagged comparison with the four attackers as mentioned above. I think it is important for every footballer to come to train with his team to be able to train the cohesiveness of the team become better and more solid. because that is not possible someone who has never come to train can be more understanding about the cohesiveness of his squad in than someone who always a diligent exercise and discipline. So the third reason this can indeed be sufficient to understand because the coach outside the country such as AS Roma coach also pick a player who is more qualified than the others.
 So after you understand about the three reasons why Rahmat darmawan was firing irfan bachdim from skuad of Indonesia is reasonable and I agree about it .and  if Rahmat darmawan still forced to enter into the squad irfan bachdim Indonesia because of demand from fans, it's not very good and not healthy for the survival of Indonesian football. so in my opinion , dismissal of Irfan Bachdim is feasible because from all aspect Irfan is wrong from aspect discipline and tehnique of teamwork . And certainly Rachmat darmawan coach has chosen a good and wise decisions for the glory of football Indonesia.

However we must believe that Rachmat darmawan coach has chosen a good and wise decisions for the glory of football Indonesia and without Irfan in skuad of Eagle, we can be victorious national team of international competition. because the greatness of Football team not only of skill individual of one player, but also factor of teamwork which very good and solid.
